3D printing

Through several projects we gained extensive knowledge of 3D printing technology. And we do much research and development in this field of expertise as well. The technology is very well applicable for scale models, prototypes and small series of products. Since no moulds are required the products can be quickly realised. A resolution of 0.035 mm or less can be achieved and thereby smooth surfaces and transitions can be made. Thanks to the large building area of the machines in use products up to 45 cm length are possible. Moving parts can be printed simultaneously as for example shown in the bearing and piston engine we printed. A range of materials can be printed, with on demand specific properties like transparency, conductivity, et cetera. There is a large choice in colour and finish.
